- Pre-Paid Services: If you have pre-paid for a service or procedure that has not yet been performed, you may request a refund. This applies to situations where the service is canceled by the patient or by Saroj Hospital.
- Overpayments: In the event of an overpayment or billing error, Saroj Hospital will process a refund for the excess amount paid.
- Cancellations: If you cancel an appointment or service with sufficient notice (as specified below), you may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling without penalty.
3. Cancellation Policy
